As part of the Lisbon Association of European School of Planning (AESOP) Annual Congress 2017 titled “Space of Dialogue for Places of Dignity: Fostering the European Dimension of Planning” (Cidade Universitária Campus of Lisbon in Portugal, 11-14 July), Gabriella Esposito De Vita and Stefania Ragozino, researchers of IRISS-CNR , together with Sabine Knierbein (Technische Universität Wien, A) and Ceren Sezer (Delft University of Technology, NL), will be moderating the next Thematic Meeting of the AESOP Thematic Group Public Space and Urban Culture on July 13^th.

Gabriella Esposito De Vita, together with Ali Madanipour (Newcastle University, UK) and Pedro George (University of Lisbon, P), will be co-chairing the track #4 “Urban design, public spaces and urban culture”, in which will be investigated the processes of shaping, managing, and inhabiting the urban space that have a direct relationship with the political, economic and cultural conditions of cities.
