Emanuela Motta is a technologist at Cnr Iriss since 2011 and is a member of the Institute Council since 2020. She graduated in Economics at the University of Naples “Federico II”.

The main activity is the technical and organizational support to the development of international projects and agreements of scientific and technological cooperation.

Within the project ORCHESTRA (Organization of Cultural Heritage for Smart Tourism and Real Time Accessibility), funded by MIUR – Operational Program Research and Competitiveness Smart Cities and Social Innovation and Communities, in the field of tourism, cultural heritage and mobility, has held the position of Head of Communication.

As part of the project “Cultural District Databenc – Socio-economic Observatory” has worked on the construction of the informal network of operators in the cultural sector of the city of Naples and the study of the promotion of the territory through new forms of cultural tourism that allow you to experience from the tradition.

She is responsible for the “organization of Events and Conferences” service.

She is responsible for editing the Institute’s Newsletter.

She is coordinator of the “management and valorization of human resources”.

Research interests: (area Organization of Innovation) analysis and definition of “Open Innovation” models of inter-organizational collaboration to support the development of Innovation to be applied in the cultural, tourism and mobility fields.
